I started Luna because I kept watching capable founders burn out on work a good operator would have taken off their plate months earlier. Not for lack of effort. For lack of structure.

Before Luna, my work was operations. Making businesses run properly, building the systems behind delivery, and organising teams so that work moves without a founder chasing it. That is still the work now, just with a team behind it.

Luna is a small consultancy, led by me, built on one belief: your business should support your life, not take it over. We are not interested in hustle for its own sake, and we will never sell you complexity you do not need. We bring the systems and the steady hands. You keep the vision and the final say.
