What happens if I'm not chosen this month?
You'll get my Operations Scorecard as a thank-you, a short diagnostic for finding where your business is leaking time, and you're welcome to join the WhatsApp founder community. As long as you stay subscribed to the list, you're automatically considered each month, no need to reapply.
Do I need to be based in the UK?
No. This is open to founders and business owners worldwide. The call happens over video, so time zone is the only thing we need to work around.
Is joining the WhatsApp community the same as being chosen?
No, they're separate. Joining the community is open to anyone who opts in on the form. Being chosen for the strategy session is a separate selection made once a month.
What should I write in the application?
Be specific. Tell me exactly where you suspect time or money is slipping away in your business, rather than a general "things are hard" description. Specific applications are easier to help.
Is this really free, no strings attached?
Yes. There's no obligation to buy anything afterward. If it turns out fractional COO support is a fit, we can talk about that separately, but the session itself is free either way.
One session is awarded per calendar month at Laura's discretion. This is not a prize draw or lottery. Submitting the WhatsApp community opt-in is optional and separate from your application: you can apply without joining, and join without applying.
